Ingredients

  • 285g pkt Coles Australian Whiting Mini Fillets
  • 11/2 x 400g pkt Birds Eye Frozen Steamfresh Potatoes with Broccoli, Carrot, Peas and Herbs
  • 1/2 cup (150g) Coles Whole Egg Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbs chopped dill

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place fish in a single layer on the lined tray. Bake for 10 mins or until golden and heated through.

  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, cook vegetables in the microwave following packet directions.

  3. Step 3

    Combine the mayonnaise with 1 tbs water and dill in a small bowl.

  4. Step 4

    Serve fish with vegetables and drizzle with mayonnaise mixture.
