  • 800g pkt cauliflower cheese bake
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Place sauce from the brisket into a 6-cup (1.5L) capacity oven-proof dish. Shred the meat and add to the sauce, stir to combine. Top with the cauliflower bake.

  2. Step 2

    Bake for 40 mins or until cauliflower is golden and brisket is heated through.

  3. Step 3

    Sprinkle with parsley flakes to serve.
