Follow our guide if you've forgotten your password or want to change it
On the homepage, go to Log in / Sign up in the header.
Enter your email and press Continue.
If you can't remember what email you used, check your email for previous Coles confirmation of when you created your account.

Under the password field, click the Forgot password? link.
We’ll send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
Check your email and click Reset my password at the bottom of the email. The link expires after 24hrs.
You’ll be taken back to Coles to reset your password.
Enter a new password twice. Your new password needs to contain at least 8 characters and 1 number.
Click Reset my password.
A confirmation message will confirm your password has been reset.
Close this screen and return to the homepage to continue shopping.

You can change your password at any time from the Account menu on the Coles website.
In the header, select Account then Account security from the drop down menu.
On the Account Security page, go to the Password section and click Edit
As an extra layer of security., we’ll send a one-time code to your mobile or email.
Enter the one-time code and click Verify and log in. You’ll be taken to a password reset page.
Enter your original password followed by a new password twice. Your new password needs to contain at least 8 characters and 1 number.
When you’re happy with your password and it meets our security criteria, click Save password
A confirmation message will confirm your password has been changed.
Click Continue to return to your Account security area.
