How does Click & Collect work?

Simply choose Click & Collect as your shopping method in the app or online. And then:   

1.       Select a location: Enter your postcode to see nearby collection locations

2.       Select a window: Choose your preferred time of day (order by 2pm for same day collection)

3.       Complete your shop:  Sit back and let us do the packing

4.       We’ll get your groceries sorted: An SMS or a push notification from the Coles app will be sent when ready for collection

5.       For faster collection:  Let us know when you are on your way, and have arrived at store, via the Coles app or SMS

 

More Click & Collect options

We offer a range of ways to collect your groceries.

1.       Direct to your boot:  Team members will bring your groceries straight to your car.

2.       Rapid Click & Collect: Get your groceries within 90mins of placing your order for just $5.

3.       Click & Collect Lockers: Our temperature-controlled lockers can store your groceries and we’ll send you an SMS with a PIN to unlock the locker.

4.       In-Store Service Desk: Collect at your chosen store’s service desk.

5.       Remote collection: If you’re in a remote location, we have remote collection. Add your address in and you’ll see this as an option. Note that remote collection slots are a minimum of 5 days from the date you place your order.

 

Changing and cancelling orders 

Orders can be modified up until the cut-off time outlined in your confirmation email.
Any orders cancelled after the cut-off time may incur a $30 cancellation fee.
